Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 24 hours: 50% fee. Reschedule within 30 days: Deposit applied. Reschedule after 30 days: Deposit forfeited; full payment due. 2 consecutive reschedules: 100% service charge. No Call-No Show: 100% service fee, inconvenience fee, and booking ban.

Late Fees:

  • $15 (10+ minutes late)
  • $25 (15+ minutes late)

Text or call for same-day cancellations. Non-refundable deposit required. Late changes or cancellations may incur fees. Confirm appointments and keep contact info updated. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, and Cash. Card on file for holding; not charged unless specified or policy circumstances. Additional time added for cleaning; services may not use the entire time window.
